Excelsior Place


Built In 1914, this building is steeped in history. It was first the former Woodlawn school until the early 1970’s until such time it became office space for a variety of companies for the next 20 years. Now the existing building will become another use for its time, preserved, restored and re-adapted into 18 upscale apartment homes for the beginning of the 21st century. It is now a designated historical landmark and being built through NYSERDA’s guidelines for enegy efficiency.
