From the moment you meet Ashley, her genuineness, artistic flair, and deep affection for people shine through. In 2011, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at SUNY Oneonta and embarked on her career as a residential counselor at Parson’s Child and Family Center, a facility focused on minors’ treatment. There, she transitioned to the role of a family support worker in the subsequent year, primarily assisting disadvantaged women. Bearing witness to the challenging situations of her clients played a pivotal role in expanding her comprehension of human nature.

With a natural inclination for caregiving, in 2014, Ashley ventured into event planning with a family-owned restaurant and banquet facility in Rotterdam, New York. Though it diverged from her background in social work, she discovered it to be equally fulfilling. However, two years later, she returned to her roots as an employment services case manager, connecting individuals with diverse yet essential resources.

Ashley soon realized that real estate provided an avenue to blend her passion for connecting with people with the opportunity to guide them through significant life decisions. In 2018, she joined Armida Rose as the brokerage’s marketing coordinator, a role she continues to hold today, alongside her position as a licensed real estate salesperson. Her innate creativity and meticulous attention to detail naturally led her to excel in enhancing properties through staging techniques, greatly assisting those in search of a home. In early 2020, she achieved the status of the firm’s newest licensed real estate salesperson. While Ashley is inherently a perfectionist, it’s worth noting that she also possesses a surprising, adventurous side to her life.
