As a brokerage firm, our aim is to:

  • Assist clients with the purchase and sale of their residential property
  • Assist in the sale or leasing of commercial property

We negotiate with our clients’ best interests in mind. While any brokerage firm may buy and sell property on behalf of a client, we distinguish ourselves by looking beyond the scope of a simple real estate transaction. This, we believe, is an effect of each of us having owned an investment property, purchased a home or developed a project from concept to completion. In light of our experience in each of these areas, we’ve come to believe the following:

  • Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant emotional events and financial investment made in one’s life
  • Investment property has certain considerations beyond the return on investment
  • Locating or relocating a business is a transition or expansion period with many options to be considered beyond just price and location

Our intent is to focus on our clients’ individual needs and how their real estate goals relate to their life goals. By using this approach, we are better able to assist them during this transition process.
