Not only was the process fast, efficient and professional, but also Franca referred other key people as part of the team (house inspector, broker, attorney, insurance company, etc) to make this purchase a breeze. She scheduled everything from the beginning when we started house hunting. She understood right away what I was looking for and delivered excellent results in a timely manner.
