Franca is a knowledgeable real estate professional with over twenty years of experience. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Vermont, Franca joined her family’s construction and real estate business. There she managed real estate and assisted in the construction and financing of projects. In 1998 Franca joined Schenectady Economic Development, where she reinforced partnerships between private and public entities and demonstrated their impact on community development. During that time Franca completed her Executive MBA from the State University of New York, and in 2000 she began her work as a licensed salesperson with Prudential’s Commercial Division. Her career in real estate continued to prosper: in May of 2003 she became a Licensed Broker in the State of New York and she opened Armida Rose. From the beginning Franca’s focus has been on building long-term relationships. She is known for understanding client goals and transforming them into reality. Franca’s commitment to the highest standard of customer service is the foundation of Armida Rose.
Linda entered real estate after a career in education. Coming from a family of investors, builders and entrepreneurs, real estate was as a natural second career choice. In December 2007 she was certified as an Associate Broker and in 2011 she became an accredited Certified Buyer Representative. Linda has lived in New York’s Capital District Region all her life and has worked with buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties. With a passion and understanding of the importance of investing in education, she enjoys learning more within the industry with ongoing continuing education curriculum. Additionally, Linda is fluent in Italian with some knowledge of French and Spanish. Linda also enjoys traveling abroad to Italy during her summers and as her clients know she is always happy to share stories of her times spent there.
Dana joined the Armida Rose team as project manager in 2013 and brings over 15 years of experience in management consulting, marketing, business development and restaurant directing. Her depth of management experience has ranged from overseeing large restaurant corporations to understanding and implementing systems within small business operations. She holds a Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant Management from Paul Smith’s College and a Chef Certification from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. Dana brings her creativity and personable skills to each endeavor while coordinating sponsored activities and marketing events for our clients. She has a consistent track record of success in the management of business projects and has proven a valuable team asset. Dana was born and raised in the Capital District, but is well versed in the European culture, design and cuisine. She shares her passion and unique experience from studying abroad in France to each of her projects.
Gary brings a sports-lover’s focus, determination and drive to the Armida Rose team. A longtime teacher and coach in the Troy City School District, and a devoted youth coach, Gary’s passion for sports has been eclipsed only by his enthusiasm and understanding of the Capital Region real estate market. In addition to his career in education, Gary has an established record of success in real estate and property management. A true team player, Gary knows that serving his clients with honesty, integrity and respect will enable them to together find the perfect property. A devoted father, Gary is a graduate of Shenendehowa Central Schools, SUNY Cortland and Russell Sage’s Masters program.
Jason’s path to real estate was not a deliberate one. After graduating with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Engineering & Management from Clarkson University in 2005, he entered management-training program at Curtis Lumber where he learned the value of gaining customer’s confidence and treating their project like it was his own. Jason continued to develop his expertise when he took a project manager role at General Electric Company in the Steam Turbine Systems Engineering group. In 2012 Jason discovered his true career path in real estate when he read Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. In 2013, Jason became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and joined Armida Rose.
