Anthony brings a razor-sharp financial understanding to his clients, having worked for more than 10 years as a public accountant, and auditor work on closely held businesses in many industries. He holds both a Masters of Professional Accountancy Degree and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Miami. His broad experience as a CPA is an incredible asset to his clients, as he is able to translate numbers and returns to commercial buyers and investors.

Anthony also served as Chief Financial Officer of Capital Living and Rehabilitation Centres in Schenectady, New York for over 13 years. He spearheaded the financing, construction and development of one of the $40 million, 163,000 square foot, 240-bed residential health care facilities there. While his focus was financial, working with long-term care facilities provided solid training on the ins and outs of property management. His analytical skills paired with years of practical, hands-on experience culminated in his becoming a licensed real estate agent in early 2019.

A Real Estate Whisperer, Anthony is known to be a soothing, thoughtful voice, which is particularly helpful in stressful situations. He is also a truly community-minded professional, Anthony serves as president of the board of both The Boys and Girls Club of Schenectady and The Visiting Nurses of Albany. Anthony also is a member of the board of directors of Albany Medical Center. His hobbies include coaching his son’s sports teams, sports cars, playing golf, thoroughbred breeding and racing.
