Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

From the moment you meet Ashley, her authenticity, artistry and love of people are evident. In 2011, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta and began her career as a residential counselor in a treatment facility for minors—Parson’s Child and Family Center. There, she became a family support worker the following year, helping the underprivileged, principally underprivileged women. Being a witness to clients’ tragic circumstances was instrumental in building her understanding of people.

A caregiver at heart, in 2014, she became an event planner with a family-owned restaurant and banquet facility in Rotterdam, New York. While different from her social work background, she found the new venture was just as rewarding. However, two years later she returned to the field as an employment services case manager, connecting people with different, but much-needed resources.

Ashley soon discovered real estate could combine connecting with people while helping them navigate some of their most important life decisions. She joined Armida Rose in 2018 as the brokerage’s marketing coordinator, a position she continues to hold today, in addition to being a licensed real estate salesperson. Her creativity and attention to detail naturally gave way to her enhancing properties with staging techniques—exquisitely helping those who are finding a home. And, in early 2020, she became the firm’s newest licensed real estate salesperson. She’s a perfectionist by nature, but don’t judge a book by its cover—Ashley’s got a surprising, outdoorsy edge on life.
