Dawn may be one of Armida Rose’s newest licensed realtors, but her background in sales and advertising offers clients a superior value. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Communication from Syracuse University, Dawn moved to New York City to work in marketing, media and advertising for renowned trade magazines, including Photo District News.
She later moved to New York’s capital district, landing a fruitful career in radio broadcasting with WGNA-FM. But after years in corporate America, she decided to shift gears. On one hand, she worked for more than 10 years as a rental property manager, and on the other, she started her own concierge car care service and brokerage in 2005, which she runs to this day. Her well-rounded “take care of” approach is the foundation of her client’s loyalty, and also the VIP-level customer service she brings to Armida Rose.
In 2019, Dawn became a licensed real estate agent and hit the ground running—after she completed the Boston Marathon two years earlier, that is. Her passion for taking care of people immediately shone through, especially since purchasing or selling a home or commercial property can be stressful. Her service is defined by being highly attentive to her customers and their needs, and balancing professionalism with an element of fun.
